   Dump Norton and get AVG free edition, and get Superantispyware. It will remove more things off your computer.

   First thing you need to do is get rid off winfixer, run this tool:

   Now you need to understand that Norton antivirus is just what it said it is an antivirus program, in short it removers virus & only virus not spyware.

   If your looking to replace Norton then first uninstall norton (this may require going to Norton site for a tool to remove it), then download Avast (it has a better detection rate than AVG)

   Now you need two antispyware programs, I recommend the following:

   Spybot:

   Superantispyware:

   All these programs are free & work well on XP & Vista.

   Uninstall both and download AVG Free from free.grisoft.com get Spybot Search and Destroy from download.com just search for it on download.com and get Ad-Aware SE personal edition from lavasofts website

   believe spydoctor but remove it and d/load
   FREE superantispyware from link below and it will
   remove all your above infections.
   norton antivirus won’t pick up spyware,but remove
   anyway and you will need to use norton uninstall

   when norton is gone d/load avg antivirus

   That’s allot there so first i suggest that u turn ur firewall again and delete this norton and spydoctor and download avg or if u want it i will dirctly give it to u by sending to to u by email address.then u go to the tools of ur internet click tools and internet options in that and delete all the cookies. and download ccleaner that delets the useless files.if that avg does work then delete that trojan files.and tell me exactly weather ur comp get slow or something elese ok.Good Luck!!!

   This is what I would do, run this 2 scans listed below. They are both free and work good. If it is really there, these 2 programs will find it. After you download them, update them to get the full affect.
