Hello, This was my old problem, but I solve it, last year was the first time I’m using a template in Word 2007 and want to use a blank one. But I coldnot find a way to view the boundaries of the business card or label templates. I want to enter different data and format it on each individual card or label and I cannot see the boundaries separating each individual one. I also cannot find a way to expose them. In Publisher there is a way to show and hide boundaries. Since Word is automatically hiding them on me, how do I get them to show? I dont know. See you.
Card and label templates are simply Word tables laid out properly for the paper stock. Try this to display the non-printing gridlines:
1. Click in the middle of the page. This guarantees you’re in the table, and will cause the Table tabs on the Ribbon to be displayed.
2. Under Table Tools above the Ribbon, click Layout.
3. Click the View Gridlines button, second from the left on the Ribbon.
Hope that helps.
