   The problem isn’t about viruses or spywares , It’s about your system , Maybe you should reinstall Windows

   all files and folders? you might have deleted some part of windows that you need, becare of registry cleaners. try to right click them and open, or look in properties to see what they are.

   First update your video card drivers or reinstall from device manager.
   Change folder view to icons or thumb nails or any and try

   In task bar process process (ctrl+alt+del) look for any unkown process terminate it and try..

   Remove unwanted startup programs in startup tab by running msconfig in RUN menu.

   Run system file checker , run cmd from run menu, then in command prompt type the command sfc /scannow (put your windows cd in drive before typing this) restart and try…

   Plz include the eroor message in your question
   any DLL files mentioned in error.Does this happens to all folders or folders containing media files??
