   My IE often get freeze recently, my friends recommend me a software, named tuneup360, he said it is very useful, which can fix all the computer problems~~but I still wonder are there any other ways to solve my problem?

   If you have copies of everything then I would probably consider reformatting the hard drive and reload everything. If you’re restoring from backups, make sure that your new account name matches the old one and you should be able to access everything just fine.

   Normally when you reinstall, Vista saves your old files in a folder named "Windows old"
   I always delete the folder as, like you mention, it takes up a lot of space.

   I only realised after doing this several times that there is an option to format the drive during the reinstall, it`s in "Advanced"
