You can’t. Playing with your registry is too dangerous, it is like open heart surgery on your computer. If you get in there, one extra space, one deleted character and you could screw up your computer so bad you would require a complete format. Just purchase the program, it is worth it. I own it myself, and I can see the difference every time I use it.
The two posts above me listed things for antivirus and spyware, yes some of those ARE registry problems – but registry problems can also include things like a program you had and then deleted, that will linger in your registry. Those links up there will help you better your computer, so take their advice – but to completely repair your registry, you’re going to need to purchase that program.
