   if you have no problems don’t use it only use them when you have issues. Ccleaner is a good all round cleanup that cleans out the registry. I can help lots with PC stuff if you have any more questions you should ask me here http://www.mypcmates.com

   Well I trust Microsoft as far as I can throw them.

   I do use CCleaner like the other guy mentioned and it takes all of the dead end registry items from deleted programs out of the file so that it doesn’t look for them on startup.

   Never had a problem with it at all.
