I second Arie’s opinion about Registry Cleaners.
P.S.
you can have:
– Advanced System Care (not just for registry)

I’ve used cCleaner for many years because it works like a charm, for me, and it’s FREE.
It will never tell you that you have "866 Nasties", and you must BUY their product NOW, or the world will end!
TIP: If your PC is slooooooow, no Registry Cleaner will make a lick of difference. You have other problems (Malware?).

Ccleaner is the best
CCleaner. Registry cleaners are way overrated though and often cause more problems than that they solve in the hands of a normal computer user.
The main ones I use are:
RegAce — http://regace.ellsed.com
It does a fantastic job fixing Javascript errors & solving security-backup problems
CCleaner — http://www.ccleaner.com
I use it for regular PC cleaning
