   I use Ccleaner. Also I make sure that every computer before it leaves my work bench has Ccleaner installed in it.

   Registry cleaners don’t really work, their benefits are completely inconclusive. The odds that a registry cleaner will do anything but mess up your registry are slim, nonetheless make your computer faster. Try downloading a good defragmenter like Perfectdisk, which does aggressive optimizations and ccleaner which will get rid of unnecessary data. To reduce fragmentation, make sure there is sufficient disk space free like 20%.
   As a last resort you could just reinstall windows.
