   Try ToolbarCop.

   Thats an odd problem. It sounds like the files that say "Be sure to remove everything" got screwed up. I’d try downloading a new version of the program, install it, then uninstall.
   There is probably a better way, but…

   What I would do is try going to their website and finding an application which will completely clean your computer of the program.
