   Well, you could try with windows’ chkdsk function.

   You need to know the drive letter your USB is. To know that, plug your USB and open "My computer". You should see your USB drive, with it’s name followed by a letter (Like F: or G:).

   Once you know that, go to start, run, cmd, then type:

   chkdsk (Drive letter) /R

   where Drive letter is your drive letter (Without the ()’s ).
   Ex. chkdsk F: /R

   That should scan your USB for bad sectores and recover them. Hope this helped.
