No norton is a bad program and difficult to remove..get another antivirus and us ccleaner to clean things up
yeah or use ccleaner because Norton is really a bad program..
this clears your crap on your computer that never is used anymore like files from programs you uninstalled which are still lingering on your computer staking space and slowing your pc

REMOVE ANY OLD ANTIVIRUS TOOLS OR ANYTHING SIMILAR
1.) Download Avast Antivirus [ http://www.avast.com ]
2.) Update and register the free license using ur email
3.) Run Full scan
Quanrantine and remove any infections found
You can also attach external drives like SD, Micro SD and Hard-disks and iPods and stuff and scan them 😀

4.) Download Malwarebytes [ http://www.malwarebytes.org/ ]
5.) Update and Run Full Scan
Quanrantine and remove any infections found

6.) Download CCleaner [ http://www.piriform.com/ ]
7.) Clean all temporary files and clean registry errors

8.) Maintain your pc’s performance. [ http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html ]
Restart and get a clean pc, good as new =D
Make sure you update ur antivirus everyday.
If the problem still persists, back up all ur files and do a reboot of your operating system
