   If you’re new to this kind of error at least consult someone with experience on this kind of stuff. But if you still want to manually fix it, I think Windows has a detailed step-by-step process to fix 646 update error. Go check microsoft.com and type in "646 update error" there should be a result that might be helpful to you.

   But if I’m in you’re position, I would use System Restore and bring back the old working condition of my pc. System Restore uses old restore points that is created whenever you update your computer so when crashes and system instability occurs you could undo the update and instantly fix the problem…

   I hope it helps you, In the past few months I also encounter some error and some blue screen of death… :p
