Click on start
Step 1
Run
type in prefetch
press ok
and select all (ctrl a) and delete everything

Step2
Run
type in %temp%
press ok
and select all (ctrl a) and delete everything

Step 3
Run
type in temp
press ok
and select all (ctrl a) and delete everything

There you go that will fix that problem
