   you need to delete the temp files 🙁 delete all files in the folders below)

   c:\documents and settings\USER NAME\local settings\application data\temp
   c:\documents and settings\USER NAME\local settings\application data\temperory internet files
   Also delete the history and disable the unusable windows servises will make it run faster

   Try to disable unknown star-up items, perform disk defragmentation.

   after a long period of use a computer becomes slower than normal.it’s get full of useless junk,temporary files,and other stuff.It gets fragmented.It’s not a virus or anything like that.It just gets disorganized.You can make your computer faster by cleaning the hard drive with system cleanup and disk defragmenter,but that won’t solve the problem permanentely.After a long period of use,the best way to make your computer faster is to format your hard drive and reinstall everything.It’s recommended that you do this every 5 or 6 months.
