   Go to Filehippo.com and download Ccleaner. It’s free and safe to use. You won’t have to choose anything just run it in ‘default’ mode the way that it comes. I use it once a day as it only takes 10 seconds or so if you do it often. I defrag once a month and between the 2 things my pc is maintained just fine. I keep Filehippo in my favorites as it has lots of good freeware and it’s a safe site as well.
