Someone cleaned up my computer for me & since then MS Word takes forever to open. Can anyone help?

   Yes, I suspect that is the reason. If you still have the disks, reinstall the anti-virus and update its definitions. If you don’t, get one. I’m not sure all anti-viruses, especially the little ones, support that auto-virus check.
