   hi,
   I think lap freezing up due to bad regs , defrag trouble , lots of junk stuff present on it..i faced this problem also..but i got to know a application Advanced System Optimizer..it got all the solution in concern with registries, defrag , cleaning junk stuff . scan & cleans the spyware & malware..!!
   Works well try it 🙂

   Computer freezing is just a symptom of underlying serious problems with your operating system; and two possible causes for such occurrence are Virus/Malware and System/Registry Errors.
   You need to download any good cleaning software such as RegInOut for cleaning your system. Assuming that you have Anti-Virus installed. Also look into the possibility of downloading MalwareBytes.
   Run scan of all software’s and you would be done with the issue of freezing/lag etc

   I had the same problem with my brand new Toshiba Satellite L640. It started getting slower by the second day, and two weeks in it was just the worse. I had a computer expert look at it two separate times and then he finally told me that I didn’t get my money’s worth with that laptop. I was lucky enough to have a day left to exchange it. He recommended I get one with either an I-3. I-5, or I-7 processor. Hope this helps…

   First of all, make sure you are not running programs like MSN, Yahoo Messenger, Skype etc. when you are not using them. The easiest way is to use CCleaner which you already have. Open the "Tools" tab –> Startup. Delete all the 3rd party software registries. This way your start up is also fast.

   Next open Task Manager. Go to the "Processes" tab and end all the processes that have VAIO in their description. These are not important programs. (e.g. VAIO update, VAIO wireless internet manager or whatever)

   3rd Download "Tune Up Utilities". You can get the fully cracked version on http://www.warez-bb.org. Register for a free account (its worth it, you get all movies, songs, softwares, games, console games all for free). Run the following on Tune Up Utilities:- (I would advise you to restart your computer after Step 1 and 2 before Step 3)

   1) Free Up Disk Space (Clean all files including system updates and old ver of windows OS)
   2) Defrag Hard Disks
   3) Clean Registry
   4) Defrag Registry

   You will have to do step 2 every time you start the laptop. Make sure that the only programs running on your taskbar are your antivirus, mouse software.

   Check your antivirus. It may SUCK!!! Its best to use either BitDefender or ESET NOD32 SmartSecurity. You can get the full cracked versions on warez-bb.org.
