   if all your action do not work, it maybe the coffee’s problem, then take your computer to the seller and let them fix it.

   The best thing to do is go to the manufactures website and download it to your hard drive. There is also a reall cool product on download.com its called astra32 heres the link http://download.cnet.com/1770-20_4-0.html?query=astra32&platformSelect=Windows&tag=srch&searchtype=downloads&filterName=platform%3DWindows&filter=platform%3DWindows
   This will tell you everything about your pc or laptop. if you do use it look at the left side of the main screen you will see Diagnostics. click that then click Driver Troubleshooter. It will tell you what drivers are missing or bad.. Hope this helps.. Good luck.

   See what System Info Says
   Type MSINFO32 in run
   Click the + in front of Components
   Click on Sound Device

   Right Panel should show what your audio device is

   Go to your Laptop Manufacturer website to Support/Downloads and input your Laptop Model number
   Make sure you have the Chipset Driver – integrated sound driver is part of the Chipset Driver

   if you need sound while still trying to figure out the problem use a usb sound card they range from cheap basic sound to HD quality which is better than most laptop built in sound cards
