Use this its called advanced system care it sacans your computer and makes it faster and it has a few features like game booster (it stop useless things that slow down your pc like windows update ect)

Oh be sure to verify the hash which is the md5sum. http://download.cnet.com/MD5-Checker/3000-2092_4-10410639.html This is to make sure that the download is a) downloaded correctly b) that it is the correct file and not some malware.
