They recc bringing box in if slowdown are that massive (I am luck the shop is a couple blocks away and these guys provide support all the time). I grew up with Windows hearing approach Registry with great caution, etc. These programs always seem to find "Deep Registry Problems" I have error expert (full). cc cleaner, and have tried other "free trials."
Advertising is so heavy for these things it is hard to find a straight unbiased review that addresses the basic question: Do not us, OK to use, OK but dangerous, Helpful as maintenance, Only if problem – etc.
Is there a simpler answer. Thank you very much.
jbyz

there are way too many programs in my start menu some of which arent evan on my computer anymore otheres on things that just dont need to be there is there anyway to either clean it or just remove everything on it with out deleting each short cut one by one I have already ran system clean and cc cleaner and I have looke din the properties

Has anybody here used a registry cleaner called RegInOut ? On the internet, it is mooted as being one of the best. There are so many of these registry cleaners and each is supposed to be THE best. And yet when you Google the product, all sorts of very conflicting reports surface, confusing someone of my computer knowledge (or rather lack of it), even more. I keep on hearing the name CC Cleaner : I know it is free, but is it good ? Free does not equate to efficient and/or safe. My long-winded question is : which registry cleaners (if any) do people here on Yahoo Answers use ? And what, may I ask, is your experience and honest unbiased assessment of these softwares you entrust your computers with ? In past, I have always received very good advice from Yahoo Answers — and hence, I am back for (hopefully) more of the same. I thank you all in anticipation.

Take care

PS During product (re)search on Google, I was pleasantly surprised to read somewhere that RegInOut originates in Rawalpindi, Pakistan : is this true ? This is something quite new to me. But then again, as I said earlier, I am not the most computer-savvy person you are going to encounter anytime soon.

Are there any really good free registry cleaners out there like the uniblue 2009 one. You only get a free scan with that and it removes 15 enteries without you having to pay. I have cc cleaner but I think that sucks. Are there any free ones that do the job, thanks!
NOT CC CLEANER!
I SCANNED WITH CC CLEANER IT CAME UP WITH THE INVALID ENTERIES – THEN IMMEDIATLEY AFTER I SCANNED WITH UNIBLUE AND IT CAME UP WITH SEVERAL MORE SO CC CLEANER OVB DOESN’T PICK THEM ALL UP!
