Any computer clean ups that actully work and are not a scam?

are there any computer clean ups that arent a scam and do a good job for free?

Any place cheaper than Geek Squad to get computer virus removed?

Must have picked up a nasty virus despite having a firewall and good anti-virus software. Geek Squad does a good job but it is 0 just for the diagnostic I think, and I don’t know if they charge extra for virus removal.

I’m pretty computer savvy but I haven’t been able to figure this one out.
