How do I get rid of the WinFixer Popups?!!!!?

I have done everything nortons has told me to do to get rid of this and it keeps coming. Please someone help me out.

good registry cleaner to get rid of AOL and Nortons?

Soon I will be getting rid of AOL and I have already gotten rid of Nortons. I would love to clean up my registry of all traces of both programs. I used one years ago and liked it but now can’t remember which cleaner I used. what is the recommendation?
