Anybody give me some good ideas how can i speed up my computer performance?

Dell DIMENSION DIM2350 Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4CPU 2.20GHz
2.19 GHz, 1050 rams
i have used 19gb out of 25gb
(don’t laugh i know it is a little)

sorry if i write to much but can anybody give opinions and comments on how can i speed up my computer. Whenever start my computer and even start doing something i would have to wait about 10 minutes. So thanks alot

How do I clean up my hard drive on an old Pentium II computer?

I have an old Pentium that I just want to use for word processing, internet, and exel. It is running really slow and I just want to clean it up so it will run faster. It runs Windows 98. I think I need to defragment the hard drive and remove programs I don’t use, how do I do this? Any other suggestions would be great. Thanks!
