I need a pop up stopped from registry clean up. I tried to send an email but what is code shown?

You just keep asking more question and more question. I just want popup from Registry Clean up to stop. Can you help or not. When I go to freem pop up blocker on you sight it has Reistry Clean up and I do not want it. This is a pain. I cannot not even get this to go through.
It did not work.
