Please explain to me what this Dell cd does?

I have a 2005 Dell Inspiron laptop. It came with the Windows XP operating system cd and another cd that says Drivers and Utilities, for reinstalling Dell Inspiron and XPS system software, contents: Device drivers & Diagnostics and utilities, part number Y2986. If I ever have to replace my hard drive I already know how to reload the operating system cd, but will this Drivers and Utilities cd reload all the factory drivers for me? Are the drivers already physically on this cd or does it connect me to the Dell web site to get the drivers for me automatically? Or will I still have to go to the Dell support web site and download the drivers one at a time like I did once before on another computer?

I just got my new hard drive for my Inspriron E1505!!!! To program it which cd do I start with. I’m new @ this

This is all new to me. Which cd is first and which one is last. The cd’s I have are for my computer that DELL sent me are: reinstalling Cyberlink PowerDVD 7.0 Software, reinstallation Windows XP, reinstalling Dell Inspiron Computer Software (contents: device drivers, diagnostics and utilities), reinstalling dell tools system software (antivirus software, support software, multimedia software, internet software), Roxio Creator (my dvd combo) installer, Microsoft Works Suite, reinstalling Dell MediaDirect, Netgear (for wireless router), Printer cd that I got when I got my printer. I NEED HELP PLEASE……
Do I install all of the cd’s that I have after I install the new hardrive?????

Well i got a pretty old computer. It had 2 worms once.. and my dad got it to his friend to fix it. When he fixed it he said he wouldnt fix it again.. so now its broken again and i really want to remove viruses without paying..heres some problems

1.SO MANY VIRUSES AND STUFF.
2.WHEN I OPEN A PROGRAM IT ASKS ME WHAT PROGRAM I WANT TO OPEN IT WITH.
3.I HAVE AVG 8 BUT SINCE I CANT OPEN PROGRAM SINCE IT ASKS ME WHAT PROGRAM TO..I DONT KNOW WHAT.
4.JUST MESSED UP I TRUELY WISH TO FIX.

I REALLY WANT TO FIX!!! SO ANY SOLLUTION LIKE A GUIDE TELL ME.
Here my questions:

1.I want to get a fresh new start i got 2 cds..the 1st one says:
DRIVERS AND UTILTIES- ALREADY INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER-DVD for Reinstalling Dell Inspiron 530/530s Computer Software-THe software is already installed on your computer.Use the media only to reinstall the software-Contents Device drivers Diagnostics and utilities-I got windows Xp!
