How to delete computer viruses using AVG virus protection?

One of my friends on facebook had her account hacked. The hacker sent me a "hilarious video". She is a fairly good friend of mine so I clicked it. Now I have a ton of porn viruses and I get pop ups regularly. I have AVG virus protection but I’m not sure how to use it.

How do I completely eradicate all viruses from my computer? I do not want any traces of porn on it either since my mom also uses the computer. 10 pts best answer

good registry cleaner to get rid of AOL and Nortons?

Soon I will be getting rid of AOL and I have already gotten rid of Nortons. I would love to clean up my registry of all traces of both programs. I used one years ago and liked it but now can’t remember which cleaner I used. what is the recommendation?

I am fed up with useing registry cleaners they destroy your registry?

so therefore i am thinking of getting a uninstaller program will this remove all traces of a program i install if so whats the best one to use thanks for any help
