Clean Registry and Optimize PC
You can try to unplug everything connecting to your Computer, than replugging… If that doesn’t work go and call the place you bought it from and tell them the problem… But try to remember all the previous websites you have been on and any that are unfamiliar. You may have downloaded a virus… Best chance is to unplug everything so it cant steal anything.
did u try to open task manager?
did u ever try rebooting ure computer?
if none of the stuff work try to go to the place u bought it and let them fix it normally its free in Canada but in somewhere else…

try to let a store fix u or just mess around with ure computer and hope the best..=P
its probably a virus..
you should probably take it to a repair store..to fix it
or order a new one.
