they are both free but the only thing is that it slow as hell to remove everything but IT WORKS
Typically, if you have an antivirus, you should be safe from viruses. The antivirus should prevent you from getting any virus in the first place.
However, since it seems that you have already got the viruses, you can go online and google "virusname removal".
Since you know all the viruses name, you can simply google them for the removal manual. These manuals are pretty simple.
I took the time to google them for you and this is what I got.

This takes care of the three out of four viruses.
However, if you do not take care of the NewJuan trojan, the other trojans would still be there. NewJuan trojan is the trojan downloader and if you do not take care of this, the other trojans would keep coming. One way to take care of this is going to computer forums and post a hijack this log in there and ask the experts to help you.
Here is one forums that I usually ask for help about HJT logs.

Hope this helps!
Vundo, Virtumonde and Winfixer are one and the same.
Your computer has this infection. Follow the link below to remove.
"The Vundo family of Trojans is one of the most common infections we find on user’s PC’s. The infection can cause popups which usually advertise rogue antispyware programs. Some common rogue antispyware programs that are advertised are WinFixer, SysProtect and Winantispyware for example. Users are normally targeted by false positives, and warning of infection – an example of this could be popups alerting users they are infected with a blackworm virus. The most common method of infection is through outdated versions of the Sun Java platform; older versions are being exploited so it is important to firstly make sure that your Java software is fully up to date. Thankfully, the infection is relatively easy to remove, and a specialised tool has been created to remove the vundo trojan from infected computers. The following guide will explain how to use the tool, and hopefully rid your system of this malware."
