   1) Turn On The PC
   2) Press DEL or F2 to go into the BIOS
   3) Select the "boot device" as "CD"
   4) Put The Win7 CD into the Drive
   5) Boot From the Win 7 CD
   6) Reformat The C Drive
   7) Install a Fresh Copy Of Win7
   8) This should work

   When you get Windows 7 onto your system, it will be a good idea to put a good cleaner like RegCure on there to keep it running as smoothly as possible. You can see some good cleaners at http://www.fastregistryfixes.com

   Yes, reformat the disk. What you are trying to do can’t be done. Get everything but the operating system off onto CDs or DVDs then reformat THEN load Windows 7.

   Sometimes in life, you got to make certain investments. Get one and never have to worry about it anymore, especially with a reputable one. You never know when you need it! And when you do, you won’t regret that you gotten it.

   OK, I am not in a position to lecture eh?

   Anyway, I would say do a thorough scan with the reputable registry cleaners, it should pick up those bad registry, invalid entries and corrupted values.

   Once you get the results, Google the correct values and manually update yourself. But make sure you know what you are doing.

   Let us know once your registry is fixed.

   Also, have you done a Antivirus and Spyware checks? Try AVAST and S&B.
