Is it ok to run two different registry cleaners (not at the same time of course)? I want to run CCleaner then run Regcure afterwards, is this ok?

nothing bad. both are good
HAVE BOTH BEEN USING FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW CCLEANER A LITTLE LONGER …NEVER EVER A PROBLEM WITH USING ONE AFTER THE OTHER .. IF YOUR NOT SURE WHEN CLEANING U ARE ALWAYS PROMPTED TO MAKE BACKUP BEFORE DELETING DO SO AND SAVE FOR A WHILE IF ALL IS GOOD U CAN DELETE ALL BACKED UP FILES …..
Concerning Windows XP:
If you go to the professional pc forums you will find that the top engineers advise against using ANY registry cleaners. They will tell you that your pc is perfectly capable of keeping its own registry clean and using ‘foreign’ tools like ccleaner and the like is just a ‘sugar teat’ for you.
IT people who tend many computer networks will tell you the same thing. To use 2 or more registry cleaners on your machine is just to compound the danger.
People read waaaaaay too many ads that extoll the virtues of these redundant tools without checking into the real facts.
You do not need any registry cleaners or tools besides the ones on your pc to keep your machine healthy.
Forget Regcure, it is notoriously unpredictable. Ccleaner is all you need.
RegCure is a Paretologic product, the same company that makes the scareware Xoftspy.
RegCure uses the same selling method that Xoftspy uses, also:
a free scan that claims to find zillions of errors, then you have to buy it to fix what it finds.
Stay away from anything made by Paretologic.
