Can’t say this enough, NEVER download or install anything that you did NOT go looking for! What you have encountered is what is known as scareware, where they try to scare you into thinking you have a virus or some other problem and trick you into downloading/installing their software much to you own harm.
Seeing how you have been hit twice by the same site I think it safe to say they have a problem there.
It might be a pop-up under advertising on the site. I have encountered some in my long time surfing the internet.
I suggest, to be safe from any attack, install anti-virus software. You can use Avira or AVG. Update it regularly for utmost protection.
