   AVG Free is great, I’ve never had a Virus.
   All I did to make my Laptop go faster was just buy a memory upgrade.

   CNet.com downloads….these are all free home versions and when installed on your computer…you need nothing else…..

   Avast anti-virus free home edition
   Malwarebytes anti-malware free home edition
   Super anti-spyware free home edition

   I don’t know about free virus protection.
   but here’s the rest.

   1. Defrag your files
   2. Delete temporary files
   3. Error Registry
   4. Download and run CCleaner ( Free )
   5. Windows Defender ( updates, scans, etc. )

   use avast for antivirus, it requires registration for a free 1 year license key. Also check out this forum for links and helpful tips about spyware.
