Get ccleaner. Google it and start scanning your computer. It’s free and millions of people are using it. Welcome to the world of computing.
These are some good and free registry cleaners:
CCleaner

Doubt that a registry cleaner is going to help much if any at all. You would do much better to make sure you have ample room on your hard drive and by checking into what is running on your PC. For this latter task download and install Soluto. They make it very easy to know what you can stop and give you the ability to stop it.

Windows Advanced System Optimizer(winaso.com) has very good software for cleaning the registry, I’ve been using the software for the past couple of years and has yet to fail me. Good luck on your search.
Better off paying as you at least have recourse.
Just follow the below link which is so much useful for you…

I like Ccleaner. It isn’t just a registry cleaner it also clean up temp files they slow your computer down and your browser history. It also allows you to removes applications that run ion start up that also slow down the boot time.
Yes. I use "Advanced System Care" free edition, and use "C-Cleaner" for extra added cleaning. They are both free. You can get them both from CNET.com.
A registry cleaner doesn’t usually speed up a computer. If you use one, make sure you use the back up option on the cleaner. If you haven’t done it, defrag your computer, that can make a big difference.
