Clean Registry and Optimize PC
try a program called CCleaner (effectively "crap cleaner"). It cleans up extra temporary files and general clutter, and tries to fix any problems in your registry. It works well, and dramatically increases your speed.
the best way to clean up your computer is to delete any unwanted files such as temp files etc. i personally use a program called ccleaner to do this as it also cleans up your registry, however assuming you have windows, there will be a program called disk cleanup which is located in accesories and then system tools which will do the same thing.
just run it and let it scan/ analyze your computer and then tick the boxes of files you want deleted and then delete them.
As for the sims photos etc im not sure try google.

You can look for video and photo files by searching for files with the video or photo file extension such as avi, jpg, png etc. Once you find those files you can delete them.
A great visual tool to see what is using your disk space and to clean it up is Diskmapper from micrologic. It creates a map of your disk drive and you can see right away what is eating up most of your disk space.
