This does all of that and more…You can even change your bootup & welcome screens if you want…which I did with this…
security task mgr and reg clean work really well. Task mgr will quarantine and delete, reg clean you have to buy. Also pc pitstop is awesome http://www.pcpitstop.com it will do a complete scan of your system and rate each category and help you tune it up. They have auto fix utilities you can use and resources to use as well.
Try crapcleaner (www.ccleaner.com)
Clean up SpyWare: I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
Anti-virus: Pick one, but I use Norton Anti-virus
Disk Cleanup: That’s built-in to Windows
Check Disk: Also built-in to Windows, use this to ensure that your drive is fully functional.
Defrag: defragment files to make your hard drive run efficiently.
