At present there are many types of registry cleaner software..Daily a new software company launch its own software for registry….But I am currently using software download from this site…..Really A Best one For mine PC…I suggest u all try this link…….
Registry cleaners are widely available. When do you need one? Why? In general, a registry cleaner isn’t needed and when it is, shouldn’t be used frequently.
There’s a wide variety of opinions on registry cleaners. Many people believe that they’re important tools to keep your system running smoothly.
My opinion’s a little different.
•
I rarely use a registry cleaner. In fact, I’ve never actually felt that I’ve needed to use a registry cleaner. And I definitely install and play with random things on my machine on a regular basis.
My fundamental belief is that the best registry cleaner is no registry cleaner at all. Most people simply don’t need it, and don’t need to run one.
"My fundamental belief is that the best registry cleaner is no registry cleaner at all."
Many people reach for a registry cleaner when an application is having problems, or when Windows is misbehaving. The problem is that these types of situations rarely respond to registry "cleaning" – it often requires application or Windows-specific resolution.
So when is registry cleaning appropriate? Besides rarely?
I would identify two cases:
*
As one of the last steps in an attempt to speed up Windows or if nothing else has really helped.
*
As one of the last steps in an attempt to resolve Windows or applications crashes that nothing else has helped.
In both cases, I consider it one of the last resorts because while it might help, it’s just not that likely to help much.
But as I said, there are those that disagree with this position. And, to be honest, registry cleaners are unlikely to do any damage. Naturally you should take care to always be backed up properly, but unless you explicitly select advanced or aggressive options meant for the more advanced (or aggressive) users, you’re unlikely to hurt anything with one of the recommended registry cleaners. It can happen, but it’s rare.
Theirs only 2 types?
1.
1% are lite crap cleaners and optimizers like Advanced System Care and Ccleaner that actually do something like clean out temp files and root out unused reg keys?
These are good

http://www.iobit.com/
2.
99% are BS rogue programs that show you all kinds of fake scans and tell you you have all these problems and for a extra fee you can add this or that and your computer will run up to 250% better
Theirs hundreds of these snake oil programs floating around like finally fast.com, they advertise on tv and they will suck you in to buy 5 programs for like $300 a yr and their all fake!
People need to leave their registry alone and just clean out their temp files and use the tools windows came with like disc cleanup and disc defrag more often?
TUNEUP FOR WINDOWS XP
1. Increase your virtual memory. (Virtual Memory is like additional RAM, the only difference is that it uses the hard-disk space)
Click on Start, right-click on "My Computer" and choose "Properties" then choose the "Advanced" tab, click on the "Settings" [button] in the "Performance" box, click on "Advanced" tab, in the new window, click on "Change" in the Virtual Memory section.
Set your virtual memory to at least 2500mb. Make sure to set both the initial size and the maximum size the same amount. (2500mb)?
2.Download and use CCleaner (Free Crap Cleaner) http://www.ccleaner.com/download
3. Clean up your "Prefetch" Folder. Click on "Start",click on "My Computer", Dbl click on drive C:(or whichever is your "main" drive), then Dbl click on the "WINDOWS" folder, find "Prefetch" folder and Dbl click on it and delete everything in the folder and empty your trash can.(It’s all leftover junk)
(Do this at least once a week?)
4.Download this free uninstaller and use it to uninstall all unused programs? (If your not sure on a program Google it for more info?)
(Free) http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
5.Defrag your disc by clicking on "Start">"All Programs">"Accessories">"System Tools">"Defragmenter">"Analyze" button> a little window pops up and hit "Defragment" and let it do it’s thing. (Do this once a week)
6.Download,install,update and run a quick scan with Malwarebytes and delete/quarantine all entities it finds? (Run a quick scan at least once a week)
(Free) http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol
7.Watch this video on cleaning up your startup menu.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbSwtNiBx5A&feature=channel_page
(Note) Malware loves to attach themselves to the startup menu so anytime you get a bug check the menu for anything that looks shady and uncheck it and restart your computer and run scans?
(Directions) Go to Start> Run> type msconfig> ok> Startup tab>(uncheck)all programs(not)needed at startup.("Lesser is better in this case" 🙂
Go here for info on startup programs? http://www.techspot.com/startup/
8.Download,install "Minimem" and set it up to optimize ram usage (This program works in the background optimizing processes that run on your computer)
(Note)If you have more than one gig of ram don’t install Minimem it’s for older computers that have 512 or 256 mb of ram)
(Free) http://minimem.kerkia.net/Download.aspx
"Advanced System Care" is a really good free program that has all kinds of optimizing tools and "IObit Security 360" is a really good security system try it out?

(All you have to do is set up a good Hosts file and all the BS popups and naked lady’s that slow down your computer will stop and your web pages will load up faster!)
(Directions)
Go to this web site and download their latest Hosts file and download it and open it with your WinRar/WinZip and extract it to C:/WINDOWS/System 32/Drivers/Etc/Hosts and hit yes when it asks to overwrite your original file and that’s it.(Note)If you want to block a site just add/edit 127.0.0.1 thesiteyouwanttoblock.com/net\org (Whatever) to the file using notepad and that site will never load again!
