   2GB of RAM? Windows XP or Linux. Anything else needs more RAM. (And 2GB is about absolute minimum for XP these days.)

   Dreamweaver? Use Notepad++ – Dreamweaver is unnecessary and it’s bloatware. Photoshop CS4 is pushing XP in 2GB pretty badly.

   What you need, with what you use, is a new computer with Windows 7 64 bit and about 8GB of RAM.

   Back up all of your important files, and re-install the operating system using the disc that came with the package.

   1 Start simple by cleaning by using C cleaner. You can find this online free (filehippo)
   2. Stop all start-up programs except the ones you use, like anti-viruses. type in msconfig in the run command and you will see a start-up tab. From their, uncheck all.
   3. You may want to restart but then do four virus scans. Avira, Avast, Malwarebytes, and Comodo. Run, update, and scan your whole system.
