What do you call a person who fixes computer software and hardware, what would their degree be called?

They could have a degree in any number of specialist fields but would still have to qualify as an IT maintenance technician before they could legitimately fix, etc PCs.

Fixing and installing stuff doesn’t need degree level education.
Most people would do a degree in computer science, learn how the stuff works at a fundamental level first, and then go into fixing it as a job.
I believe the degree would be a COMPUTER SCIENCE degree, and there are many different fields you may choose with that degree
