For a start Auslogics BoostSpeed and Registry Easy have absolutely
nothing to do with pc protection they are just registry cleaners.
malwarebytes is a handy thing to have ready installed on your pc but it will do no good until you get a virus unless you pay and activate it.
and as for AVG 8 it offers no real-time scanning of your files and programs it will only alert you of a virus present only after you have got the virus.
And so to sum up, you are not protected at all.

Let horses think, they have bigger heads.
With avg8 you are super secure anyway, i would say, somewhat too secure, it sucks ….
AVG 8 is a great anti-virus program and I have been using it for at least 5 years now. As long as you keep it set to download updates anytime an internet connection is made, you can rest assured that you are protected 99.9% There’s always crazy stuff that slips past, but the chances of your particular pc being targeted with a new virus out of the billons of computers in the world is extremely rare.
As for spyware, I prefer Spybot S&D. It can also be updated extremely easily and its free. Here is their homepage. http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
Hope that helps =)
I think its like trying to polish a turd and expect it to sparkle like a diamond and a couple of those programs are as about as useful as a toilet seat full of crabs
Don’t make and install very much software anti virus on your pc so that. It can make you pc slow and very slow when you want run a program.
Just preview at here with this: http://anhblog.net/software-application/kaspersky-antivirus-2009-review/
And see if you like it.
Good Luck
have you created a hybrid encryption software for your buds?? if not you are exposed to all sorts of email stuff
other than that it looks like over the counter stuff, that an amateur could crack.
It is best not to mix anit virus software as it could damage one of them. If you downloaded them from the internet I got a trojan virus from doing this so I had to re boot my computer to its factory settings again. It is best to keep with one. Bullguard is good.
Very poor.
1.)Auslogics BoostSpeed – performance booster – this give NO protection.
2.)Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware – Spyware/malware scanner – Good but if its free Malwarebyte’s then it has no real time protection.
3.)AVG 8 Internet Security – Virus scanner – If it is free AVG 8 DO NOT USE IT, why:
AVG Free does not contain Anti-Rootkit protection so rootkits may be hidden in your system.
AVG Free does not contain the new Safe Downloads & Instant Messaging protection (Web Shield technology) so it does not screen your downloads and communication for viruses and spyware.
4.)Registry Easy – Registry cleaner – this give NO protection.
