my computer is slow…with to much pop ups…and alot of viruses i can imagine, and i wanna reset and clean my whole lap top…can someone please help me?

on this one i have to go with answerdude but be careful of free stuff they give you a BASIC program and then pester you to by moor if you want to get the job done right its a come on and some programs can give you as Meany problems as they claim to solve some have bad things in them i don’t know enough to tell you moor because i am limited in that I’m old and a learner just like you. hope this helps yours in J.C. For spyware and malware, go to http://www.pcworld.com and click on downloads, then click most popular utilities, and then select Ad-Aware SE from the list. Ad-Aware is a free program that cleans your pc of harmful spyware and annoyning ads and cookies. After doing this, you need to defragment your hardrive to make your computer run faster. To do this, go to start, control panel, performance and maintenence, then click rearrange items on my hard disk. The defragnmenter will open and when its done, your pc should run a little faster.
