   Uninstall all programms you mentioned and other programms you don’t need, except ccleaner.

   Run msconfig, select the startup tab, and disable all the programms you don’t need, if u disable something important you can always enable it again…..
   Finally install defraggler and defragment once a month!

   The best solution would be to format your computer because you already did too much damage to the registry, but i assume you don’t want to do that…..Never use registry cleaners, unless you do it
   manually (i mean using regedit) and you know what you are doing…..

   Well, you don’t need to use a program to speed up your PC. Delete all your previous programs, because those are slowing you down, rather than speeding it up. I suggest you use Windows Ready Boost. To do this I believe you have to have Windows 7, and a USB over 1 GB. Plug your USB in, And it will show auto play. There is a button that says Speed Up my System using Windows Ready Boost. Select that, and then follow the steps. There is a more descriptive tutorial on how to do this at http://www.globeofgeek.com.
