Why should you do that? Most of the time you don’t have the faintest idea wherefore a registry is used.
Use Regcleaner from Microsoft en CCleaner. Or reinstall the whole PC. Randomized wiping registry entries is asking for trouble.

I don’t like registry cleaners that just mow their way through and give me no options. I want to manually clean, because sometimes the entries they are flagging as junk are quite valid.
I will however have to make the disclaimer that tweaking your registry is not recommended by Microsoft, and that in doing this you should have a backup of your registry and second of all, you may need to reinstall your OS or a program should something be done wrong.
Believe me, it’s hard to do right. inevitably, it begins to look like all roads lead to the same place… you really have to be careful and cautious. If you make the changes, you assume the risks.

Cleaning the Windows Registry is NOT needed no matter what you think. You would have to have your computer for years and add/delete programs and files all that time before you MIGHT get some advantage in cleaning the Registry. If you are thinking about cleaning the Registry because your boot time is long, it is NOT a Registry problem. Too many factors go into a slow computer. Some are malware, some or the programs you’ve installed that have added lots of fonts. Every boot has to have the fonts stored loaded and that alone takes some time.
If you just GOTTA clean the Registry, CCleaner is the simplest and free tool to use. Be sure you backup the Registry as it requests.
