   I recommend you try some other anti-virus softwares.Try Malwarebytes and SUPERantispyware. They are both free.

   Also Microsoft has a pretty good -and free- security software. Try that: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

   Follow the steps there to get help from Microsoft. I have had experience with them in removing a virus and they helped. I recommend you use their Phone option or Live Chat option.

   Don’t delete them.Move them to quarantine and delete them from there.Anyway,a free registry cleaner is CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com

   Go to http://www.malwarebytes.org and install the free version of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware.Update the programs signatures and run a complete scan in safe mode.If you don’t know how to get into that,let it be your next question.

   comodo registry cleaner .. can be found on download.com

   but that wont fix your problem!!! what might fix it is downloading malawarebytes antimalaware from there too and scanning with it after u update it .
