   There are 2 good softwares
   First, as said, CCleaner. It is a very good tool. Also its a light-weight software. Very easy to operate.
   Second, Glary Utilities. It is also a free tool and has a few (or more than few) features more than CCleaner.
   Both of them are free. They speed up computer considerably. Both of them can be downloaded at http://www.download.com.
   I have used them. Quite easy to use.
