I have no anti-virus/ anti-spyware programs on my computer whatsoever. I need the absolute best anti-virus/ anti-spyware and Registry Cleaner Programs Available, that are UNDER each, and it has to be in the market(Staples, Home Depot, etc.) NOT on the internet. Oh and I don’t want the programs to slow down my computer too much like Norton/ McAfee. The reason why I don’t want to get the free anti-virus/ anti-spyware programs is because I know that they don’t get rid of all malicious files.
I do have a free registry cleaner(Ccleaner) but I don’t mind paying for a better one(as long as it’s under ).
If u could give me anything else that could improve my security(like firewall anti-malware), and as long as it’s under , that would be great :D. Thanks 4 your help

Your best bet is reimage. I used Reimage and now my system is as good as when i bought it. Reimage combines AntiVirus, AntiSpyware, Registry Cleaner and Full PC Repair. It is all in one
Avast! Antivirus is the best antivirus remover, superantispyware for spyware, they as just as good as those pay ones
For the people recommending AVG for antivirus stop! It is not the best free one not even close. Avira Antivir and Avast are better and free.
Comodo is a good firewall or Zonealarm
Malwarebytes and superanti spyware are good anti spywareprograms.
Advanced system care is a good program for speeding computers up and its free!
There are some good Antivirus software, but dont trust anyone that says AVG. Avira has a 99% detection rate which is better then Norton. Avast has about a 95% detection rate. Avg has a 85%.
If you want to pay for something get kaspersky internet security it is the best on the market. Newegg has it on sale for 19.99 and amazon has it for 15$.
WormBlaster and it takes out viruses from the computer such as the jollibee virus. it’s free!
The ones you buy at the store can also miss some viruses, and to justify their higher prices, they usually just have more useless features which slow down your computer.
I’m a computer professional, I’ve made my living from them for 20 years, and I only use *free* anti-virus and anti-spyware products, because I’ve found that the paid ones just are not worth it.
So if you change your mind about free stuff, I recommend using AVG anti-virus (http://www.avgfree.com) and Malwarebytes anti-malware (http://www.malwarebytes.org). Spybot Search & Destroy is also good, and as you found out, CCleaner is good too.
P.S. Registry cleaners really aren’t needed – yes, you may sometimes have unnecessary stuff in your registry, but it’s just ignored by your system; it really doesn’t impact performance or available storage in any significant way.
Try running scans with the following programs. They are all free and can be downloaded from download.com They also have paid versions available if you have extra money to burn.
1) Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
2) SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition
