   as rojoe said, ccleaner works well (and works during the trial period), additionally ewido has a trial period and works well, otherwise free so you can use again and again – try spybot & adaware for cookie/spyware cleaning & blocking and run through trend micro’s free online scan for more serious threats

   Use what Bill Gates gave you first.
   In the System Tools section, use "Disk Cleanup", then use "Defrag".

   Also, use the Check Disk feature. Open My Computer, then use RiGHT CLICK on the C drive. Pick the Tools section and click on "Check Now". Check both test checkboxes, then OK. Click OK to "test after reboot". Restart and allow the full test to take place.

   You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

   Get and keep an Anti-virus program up to date. You might try AVG, which is a free anti-virus solution from http://www.grisoft.com/doc/1

   Well I don’t know about an all in one package, but here’s a small list:

   -go to download.com and get regcleaner
   -use windows defragmenter (start – programs – accessories – system tools)
   -use windows disk cleanup (same as defragmenter
   -search google for security task manager and get that and delete any suspicious processes.
   -google ad-aware SE and download that and scan with that

   Guarantee you that your computer will noticeably run faster.
