You should use caution while using Registry Cleaners. Most experts do not advise you to use registry cleaners, as they might cause you more problems than they can solve. One mistake, and your PC may be unbootable. But, even if you really want to go for registry cleaners, go for EasyCleaner, or Eusing Registry Cleaner. These are safe. Remember to backup your registry with ERUNT first… just to be on safe side.
For registry defrag, you can use Eusing Registry Defrag. Registry defrags are quite safe.
For disk defrag, you can choose Defraggler, JK Defrag, or IOBIT Smart Defrag.
