   There area ton of these programs out there, but it has been my expieriance that you need a good up to date antivirus software, a good spyware remover like Spybot’s search and destroy.

   And a good Adaware Remover, like LavaSoft’s Adaware 2009.

   If you don’t know what your doing with a registry cleaner your computer may very well quit working all together,

   I use eusing free registry cleaner, but at the link, you’ll find more, and major geeks is a safe download site.

   (Ignore the 1st 4 as they are probably not free)

   Ccleaner is the best and safest. You should also use Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware just in case…
