Clean Registry and Optimize PC
The program that I use is Tune Up Utilities. It cleans and optimizes your computer’s performance.everything is there to maintain your pc.
Resist adding any such programs. Most systems are fast enough in the beginning and then the user downloads and installs all manner of utilities that are supposed to take the place of common sense.
So you want to uninstall such programs instead of adding more.

McAffe and other security programs not only clean viruses but delete all unwanted garbage that you don’t want. Those programs can really help with speeding up. Otherwise its trashing unwanted files and programs along with the defractor.
CCleaner works well for me.
If you want to speed up your PC…
No need to install and softwares..
Do the following :
1. Remove unwanted softwares
2. Trace the task manager process tab
3. End process the unwanted process
4. Delete the fonts that are not used.. Fonts are slow your system while boot up..
5. Defregment the system frequently
6. The Disk clean up is in Accessories – system tools – ..
7. If you install any start up scripts means uninstall it..
8. make your system has free spaces
9. Delete the *.tmp files..
10. Delete the temp folder files and temp internet files folder…
I think these are the best way to speed up your PC..
Disk clean is enough to clean your unwanted files on PC
