   Unless you are comparatively knowledgeable about your version of Windows, you can certainly do more harm to your computer’s functioning than any small improvements made by registry cleaners warrant.
   There are safer methods to employ to speed performance, and these usually produce noticeable results. See this link for a start.

   well, the BEST option is a clean reinstall. but that isn’t an option for most people.

   with Windows, i wouldn’t trust anything free. that’s just my experience with 3rd party software on Windows.

   Ccleaner not sure weather it support 64bit but won’t hurt to try its free and does a wonderful job

   its great also remove unnecessary items and could free up space..
